It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. However, should you be unhappy with our service or have any cause for dissatisfaction we have a formal complaints procedure to help us improve our service in the future.

What to Do if You Have a Complaint

We take all complaints we receive seriously – please include as much detail about your experience as possible so that we can provide a fair response.

Not Satisfied With How We Handled Your Complaint?

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, or if you are not satisfied with how we have handled you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), provided that it falls within their remit.

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).  You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations.  This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim
