The Coverdrone office will close for Christmas at 5pm GMT on Tuesday 23 December and reopen at 9am GMT on Monday 29 December. We will then be closing at 3pm GMT on Wednesday 31 December, and will reopen at 9am GMT on Friday 2 January 2026.
During this period, customers can continue to create new policies, make changes, and access documents through the Coverdrone Customer Portal, which is available around the clock.

Can I still buy a drone insurance policy while the office is closed?
Of course! You can purchase a policy online at any time through the Coverdrone website. Our office closure does not affect this.
Can I still make changes to my existing drone policy?
Yes – you can amend your policy, update details, or download documents through your account on the customer portal 24/7. This will be fully accessible throughout the festive period.
What if I need to make a claim on my drone insurance?
You can still make a claim online through the Coverdrone website at any time. Our dedicated claims team will then begin processing claims made during the festive period once the office reopens.
What support will be available during the closure?
Our office will be closed, but our support team will be available again when the office reopens on at 9am GMT on Monday 29 December. Your online account will remain fully accessible through the festive period should you want to manage your policy.
Is the festive closure specific to recreational or commercial policyholders?
No. All customers can use the portal (which is available 24/7) to manage their policy throughout the festive period.
