How Do I Access My Online Coverdrone Account?

You can log in anytime at coverdrone.com by clicking “My Account” at the top of this page. Use the email and password you registered with. If you haven’t set up an account yet, you will do so as part of purchasing your policy.

Yes. If you have more than one policy, you can manage them all from the same account. Each policy will be clearly listed and easy to view.

You can update your drone list, add or remove equipment, adjust your level of cover, change personal details, and renew your policy, all directly through your account dashboard. It’s designed to give you control and flexibility without needing to call.

Just log into your account and go to your policy settings. From there, you can update your address, phone number, and email address. Changes take effect immediately. If you also need to amend policy details, such as name or address, you will need to make these changes at policy level and not just your contact details.

Yes – you can update your payment details in your online account. Just go to the policy you want to change, and update your card details there. If you’re in your renewal period, simply pay for your renewal with the new card and your payment method will update automatically.

Yes, we’ll email you before your policy is due to renew, and you can complete the renewal in a few clicks from your dashboard. If you’re on a rolling monthly policy, it continues automatically unless you choose to cancel.

Absolutely. Once your policy is live, your insurance certificate, schedule, and documents are available for download 24/7 through your Coverdrone account. You’ll also receive copies instantly by email.

Very secure. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data. Your information is stored safely and processed in compliance with all relevant data protection regulations, and never shared without your consent. If you ever spot anything unusual, our support team is here to help. We do not sell your data to third parties.
