What is the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2026?
The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2026 is an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a first-class customer experience. It’s awarded only to companies that meet a specific set of criteria and, of course, provide exceptional service to their clients and customers.
Feefo will present a Platinum Trusted Service Award only to businesses that achieve Gold status for three consecutive years. To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, companies must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of 4.5-5 stars in the previous calendar year. So, for the 2026 award, this would be between 1st January 2025 and 31st December 2025.
In 2025 alone, we received over 3,100 Feefo reviews, averaging 4.8 stars. We appreciate all the feedback we receive, and we read and take on board every review our customers provide on Feefo.
