Following recent further investment into our systems, updating your payment card details has never been easier.
Effective immediately, customers who have selected a rolling monthly policy will now be able to update their payment card details quickly and securely through their online account, without the need to call or email us.
How to update your card details online
- Log in to your ‘My Account’.
- Find the details of the policy you wish to update payment details for on your My Account Summary page.
- Click the ‘Update card’ button next to the policy details.
- Select ‘New card’ and fill in the new card details safely and securely.
- The new card details will then be validated online. Please note, no payments will be taken.
- Once complete, these card details will automatically become your default payment method for any future payments. What’s more, there is no limit on the amount of times you can change your card details online.
